Refunds are not available for:

SEO services once strategy and analysis have been delivered

WordPress or plugin setup/customization after delivery

Any downloadable digital files or licenses
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted:

If no work has begun and cancellation is requested within 24 hours

If we are unable to deliver the service for any reason

Refunds, when approved, are issued within 5–10 business days.
